• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Custom or made-to-order items may take longer (5–10 days), and will be specified on the product page.

2. Shipping Methods:

• Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days
• Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (available at checkout)

3. Shipping Fees:

• Free standard shipping on orders over $100.
• Shipping fees for orders below the threshold are calculated at checkout based on location.

4. Customs & Duties:

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Tracking:

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
