1. Return Eligibility:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty).

3. Return Process:

• Email us at saintleelab@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide you with return instructions.

4. Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges:

• We offer size exchanges for rings or bracelets if the desired size is available.

6. Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
